1. What is Positive Intelligence (PQ)?

Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a science-based approach to mental fitness that helps you build resilience, improve performance, and enhance well-being by strengthening your “Sage” mindset and intercepting self-sabotaging thoughts, known as “Saboteurs.” ​

  • The core PQ Program spans 7-8 weeks and includes:
  • Weekly video sessions led by Shirzad Chamine
  • Daily app-guided exercises (PQ Daily Focus and Reps)
  • Saboteur and PQ assessments
  • Access to a supportive communit
 

Optional group coaching and 1-1 coaching sessions with Michelle Hasani from Wellbeing by Design a Cerfitied Positive Intelligence Coach.

This structure is designed to build the three core mental muscles: Saboteur Interceptor, Sage, and Self-Command

The Foundations Program is designed with some flexibility to allow participants to get the most out of their own journey. 

Foundations Program:

  • 1-hour long Weekly Module (weekly)
    • The Weekly Modules are always available for re-watching and you are also able to modify the playback speed on each video to move at a pace that is ideal for you.
    • You can do this by clicking on the three dots at the bottom right of the video screen and choosing “playback speed”.
  • 15-minute, app-guided mental exercises (daily)
  • 30-60 minute check-in meetings with your accountability pod group (weekly) – if you are doing the program with a pod
 

The Foundations Program is designed to help you reach your true potential. We believe that Mental Fitness is a lifelong journey (of daily practice), not a sprint. 

PQ Reps are short, focused exercises (about 10 seconds each) that help you build your Self-Command muscle by bringing attention to your senses. They are foundational practices for enhancing mental fitness. 

Yes. After completing the foundational program, you can subscribe to the Applications Program, which offers advanced modules on topics like stress management, conflict resolution, and leadership

Absolutely. The program can be tailored for teams and organisations, focusing on collective mental fitness, improved collaboration, and a positive work culture.

Program participants have access to:

  • A dedicated app with daily exercises
  • Community forums for peer support
  • Group coaching sessions weekly
  • Optional 1-1 coaching with CPQC Michelle Hasani
