Hi, I’m Michelle Hasani — an Adelaide-based Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Fitness Strategist, Coach, and founder of Wellbeing by Design Australia. I work with leaders and organisations across Australia to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and performance.
I partner with leaders and workplaces to create evidence-based, co-designed wellbeing strategies that build resilient leadership, mentally fit teams and thriving cultures.
Leadership is personal. It’s shaped by wellbeing, mental fitness and the everyday decisions that influence how we live, work and lead.
Recognised as HCANZA’s 2024 Health & Wellness Coach of the Year, I bring more than 20 years’ experience across leadership, wellbeing and organisational culture.
